ECU study looks at benefits to baby from exercise during pregnancy – WITN

An continuous study is in progress at ECU evaluating the rewards a child gets from the mom working out while pregnant.

Dr. Linda May, assistant professor at ECU along with appointments in the Brody University of Medication and Institution of Healthiness & Human Performance, claims her market trains pregnant females with workout in order to enhance the Healthiness of babies.

“We do measurements about children by means of ultrasound at completion of pregnancy and after child is born,” Could said. “Study verifies that the a lot of valuable motivate about infant’s heart Healthiness is workout throughout pregnancy, no more workout prior to pregnancy.”
